Thank you for recommending Next Gen Personal Finance and making August a record month!
Wondering how many new teachers joined the NGPF community in August?
Just in time for the school year, more than 2700 new teachers signed up on the NGPF platform in August! That's a record month!
How did this happen? It's because of YOU! Our #1 source of teacher accounts is "word of mouth" and August was no exception. More than 60% of teachers found us in August because another teacher recommended us.
About 10% of these new teachers provided additional details (see below) about how they found us. We wanted to say thanks not only to the teachers but also the principals, district admins, state and national leaders who told a colleague about NGPF.
You have helped make us the largest (68,000+ teachers) and fastest growing financial education curriculum and PD provider in the U.S. We look forward to continuing to serve you this school year and the years ahead!

About the Author
Tim Ranzetta
Tim's saving habits started at seven when a neighbor with a broken hip gave him a dog walking job. Her recovery, which took almost a year, resulted in Tim getting to know the bank tellers quite well (and accumulating a savings account balance of over $300!). His recent entrepreneurial adventures have included driving a shredding truck, analyzing executive compensation packages for Fortune 500 companies and helping families make better college financing decisions. After volunteering in 2010 to create and teach a personal finance program at Eastside College Prep in East Palo Alto, Tim saw firsthand the impact of an engaging and activity-based curriculum, which inspired him to start a new non-profit, Next Gen Personal Finance.
